Late applications began February 1, 2021 and will continue until the fourth week of the new school year. You can submit late applications online at https://apply.lausd.net or mail to: Unified Enrollment , 333 S. Beaudry Ave., 25th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

The Lottery Drawing was held February 24th, 1:00 PM, 2021.

Lottery number assignments are available now. To inquire about your lottery number,

please call (818) 360-1908.

On the day of the lottery drawing a priority waiting list was established. Being on the list does not guarantee admittance to Castlebay Lane Charter Elementary School. The number of available seats in each grade level may not be determined until after the start of school year. Once the number of seats is determined, enrollment offers will be made.

NOT EVERY GRADE LEVEL MAY HAVE AVAILABLE SEATS.

Those selected will be notified by phone or email. Offers must be accepted within one (1) business day of notification and the enrollment packet must be returned within two (2) days of the acceptance phone call in order to secure enrollment in Castlebay Lane Charter Elementary School.

Charter Policy Regarding Order of Admissions
1. First Priority: All students residing within the Castlebay Lane Charter

boundaries defined by the LAUSD

2. Second Priority: Non-resident lottery applicants with siblings

already attending Castlebay

(When submitting lottery applications for siblings, each applicant will be given

an individual lottery number for admittance)
3. Third Priority: Non-resident lottery applicants
